What Results Can I Expect?

As the old saying goes, you get out what you put in. With hard training at least three times a week and good adherence to your trainers dietary advice you can expect:

  • To feel the difference in 2 weeks
  • To see the difference in 4 weeks
  • For other people to notice the difference in 6 weeks
  • To want to walk around with your clothes off after 8 weeks!
What's your cancellation policy?

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, any scheduled sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be fully charged

I haven't exercised for years, can I still join?

Of course! We train everyone: young and old, overweight and skinny, super fit and couch potato. Just fill in our online consultation form so we can match you with the right trainer for your goals.

How can I pay?

We ask for all training packages to be paid in advance, ideally by bank transfer.

I'd like to train but your packages don't suit my budget / schedule

To get good results we recommend you train at least an hour, three times a week. If your budget or schedule doesn’t allow you to commit to one of our set packages we are happy to work with you to create a bespoke plan that will get you the results you want. If budget is a concern we also offer incredibly reasonable online training.

How experienced are your trainers?

We carefully select our team from countless applications, they all have at least three years of experience and a proven track record of producing great results for clients, we are all extremely passionate about health and fitness and aim to install the same attitude in our clients. Core Fitness  trainers are REPS level 3 qualified as standard and take an active interest in continual education.
