At Core Fitness we believe that everyone should have access to a coach that can motivate and get the very best out of them. The company was started with the main aim of providing high quality and convenient coaching to busy London residents at prices that people can afford. We believe exercise should be fun, effective and sustainable in the long term and thus we tailor our approach to the individual so they can not only get great results but also maintain them. We don’t do fads, we do great results, you won’t be vibrating your fat away on a powerplate or fasting 5 days a week on our watch, you’ll be training hard, eating sensibly and feeling great.

Do you find yourself skipping your workouts because the gym is a pain to get to? We can bring the gym to you. Our London personal trainers will arrive at your home, work or local park fully equipped to carry out a great session, whatever your fitness level or goals. We cover the whole of Greater London and work with even the most demanding of schedules. Want to train at 6am on a winter Sunday morning? We’ll be there. Our packages are designed with all budgets and time frames in mind with sessions starting from just £15 / person and packages from one month to 3 months long.
